Who we are

A small team that treats your garden like our own

Gardenza started with three people and a truck in 2014. Today we're a full design and maintenance studio, but the approach hasn't changed — every garden gets the same care as the first one we ever built.

What homeowners are saying

  • What stood out was how little we had to manage ourselves. They handled permits, timing, and every small decision, and just kept us updated along the way. The final result speaks for itself.

  • Our old backyard was basically unusable — too much shade, no real layout. They completely reworked the space and now it's where we spend most of our weekends. Worth every bit of the investment.

  • We called three companies before choosing this one, and it was the right call. Communication was clear from day one, the crew respected our schedule, the garden has held up beautifully two full seasons now.

    Property Owner, San Diego, CA

  • Working with this team took all the guesswork out of redoing our front yard. They explained every step before starting, stayed on budget, and the result looks even better than the mockups they showed us.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Both. Many clients start with a one-time project and move into a regular maintenance plan afterward, but either option works on its own.

What if I don't like the design?

We walk through the plan together before anything is built, so changes happen on paper, not after installation. Revisions are part of the design phase.

Do you supply the materials?

We source everything as part of the project — plants, soil, hardscaping materials — so there's nothing extra for you to arrange.

Can you work with my contractor?

Yes. We're happy to coordinate with other contractors on-site when a project involves work outside our scope, like electrical or plumbing.

How far ahead should I book?

Spring and early summer fill up fastest, so booking 3-4 weeks ahead during peak season is a good idea. Other times of year, we can usually turn it around faster.
